Our History

On november 10, 2020, Howard’s Restaurant was taken over by a new owner, Artur Janta-Lipinski. Artur come from Port Charlotte. He successfully ran a restaurant called Artur’s Phil’s 41 LLC, which was located in Punta Gorda, Florida. It was known for very good food and excellent service. Now, the same will be offered at Artur’s. Top quality of food served, diversity, and resonable pricing is crucial to your dinning experience. We will be offering the most popular American cuisine, as well popular Polish dishes.

I've been twice and I've sat out on their patio in the back. Their tiki bar. The two times I've been, there had only been one bartender so service is a bit slow but that food comes right out. The pierogi dishes are really good.

Had the best cabbage rolls with fresh green beans and homemade mashed potatoes . The honey balsamic dressing is made in house and the rolls were so fresh and delicious. Great service, friendly staff. Beautiful decor.
